1 ½" Economy Plastic Water Meter WM PC Series
1 ½" Economy Plastic Water Meter WM PC Series
The WM-PC Series economy plastic water meter is excellent for residential water metering. It uses the time proven multi-jet principle to measure flow totals. The gear train drives the register totalizer dials. This water meter is BPA free and ARE NSF 61/372 Annex G CERTIFIED to meet lead free regulations. They are also designed to meet the AWWA C708 Standards.
These meters are frequently used as a low cost solution for residential water measuring. This product is a rare example of when inexpensive doesn't equal "cheap". It is one of the least expensive water meters available without sacrificing accuracy or durability.

These meters are equipped for an optional pulse output in case you want to send the data to a remote display, wireless transceiver, or other control device. What is Pulse Output?
The 1/2", 3/4" and 1" meters can have 10 pulses per gallon, 1 pulse per gallon, 1 pulse per 10 gallons, or 1 pulse per 100 gallons.
The 1 1/2" meters can have 1 pulse per gallon, 1 pulse per 10 gallons, or 1 pulse per 100 gallons.
All meters come with plastic union fittings and must be installed horizontally with the face up.
Applications:
• Residential water sub-meter
• Sewer deduct meter or "summer meter"
• Pool filling
• Manufacturing lines
• Food & beverage
• Brewing and distilling
Installation Notes:
Once the adapter ends are installed on the upstream and downstream pipes, the meter is installed by tightening the collar nuts onto the inlet and outlet of the meter. These "true-union" fittings then allow the meter to be easily rotated to the proper orientation (face up), or removed for cleaning, repair, or replacement.
IMPORTANT!
These meter threads look practically identical to the NPT adapter threads BUT THEY ARE NOT!
Trying to install the meter without the adapter will damage the pipe's threads, the meter's threads, or BOTH!
The 1 1/2" size meter has what looks like a removable nut attached to the body. Do not remove this! The couplings that are sent with the meter will thread into this.
